Celion is an AI agent platform that allows users to create, configure, and deploy automated AI agents. These agents can connect to third-party services and perform actions on your behalf, such as sending emails, posting to social media, or managing calendars.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Send spam or unsolicited messages
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Distribute malware or malicious content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Impersonate others or provide false information

5. Third-Party Services

When you connect third-party services (Google, Slack, X/Twitter, Notion, etc.), you grant us permission to access and perform actions on those services on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of those third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.

6. AI Agent Actions

You acknowledge that AI agents may make mistakes or perform unintended actions. You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring your agents' activities. We recommend using approval workflows for sensitive actions. We are not liable for consequences of agent actions that you have configured and authorized.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Celion. You retain ownership of any content you create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CELION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
